My name is Lindsay Barron. I studied fashion design at the Art Institute of Philadelphia and have always been drawn to work that keeps my hands busy. I am also an avid film enthusiast; currently, my favorite movie is Sinners.

My Approach

It all started with a coat I made for myself — a reversible design that was fun and effortless, easy to throw on over any outfit. After making a few for friends and family, I saw how much they loved the look and the chance to make it their own. That’s when it clicked: I could create these customizable coats for everyone to enjoy!

Natural Fibers

I love working with natural fibers like cotton and linen because they feel so much better against the skin and are kinder to the planet. There’s just a special, inviting texture to them that you can't quite find in synthetics — it’s that natural feel that really draws people in!

Unique Design

What started out as a fun, free online pattern has grown into a coat that really covers all the bases for daily life. It’s been such a journey to create something this unique, and I can’t wait to see how you make it your own!
